國家優(yōu)秀青年基金獲得者，歐盟瑪麗居里學(xué)者，入選人社部海外青年引進(jìn)專項，天津市引進(jìn)領(lǐng)軍青年人才，天津理工大學(xué)計算機(jī)科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院教授，博導(dǎo)，副院長，博士畢業(yè)于挪威科技大學(xué)與天津理工大學(xué)獲得工程學(xué)與工學(xué)雙博士學(xué)位。主持的項目包括國家自然科學(xué)基金優(yōu)秀青年基金，青年科學(xué)基金，歐盟地平線項目。在國際知名期刊會議發(fā)表文章150多篇 (IEEE TKDE、TNNLS、TII、TIE、TITS、TIM、Ocean Engineering等），Springer Nature專著兩部。指導(dǎo)學(xué)生獲得挑戰(zhàn)杯國賽二等獎，天津市特等獎，國創(chuàng)賽銅獎，天津市金獎。
